Data Processing Addendum

This DPA governs the processing of personal data that RunAIAgents processes on your behalf as a processor. It is available to execute as part of your agreement.

Key commitments: we process personal data only on your documented instructions; we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures including AES-256-GCM encryption of stored credentials and role-based access control; we assist you with data-subject requests and breach notification; and for bring-your-own-cloud deployments, agent inputs and outputs remain in your infrastructure.
