Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information RunAIAgents collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our core design principle is that the data your agents process stays in infrastructure you control — we are not in the business of harvesting your prompts or records.
The data controller for the RunAIAgents service is NoDowntime Technologies FZCO, a Free Zone Company established in the United Arab Emirates (“RunAIAgents”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (such as your name, email, and organization), billing details processed by our payment provider, and operational metadata needed to run the Service (such as run counts, timestamps, latency, and error rates). When you contact us, we keep the details you send so we can respond.
2. Your agent data and BYOC/BYOK
When you bring your own cloud and your own model keys, the contents of your prompts, inputs, and model responses are processed within your cloud and your provider accounts. We do not require you to route that content through us, and our monitoring is designed to surface performance signals without ingesting prompt contents.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and secure the Service, process payments, communicate with you, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performing our contract with you (operating your account, agents, and billing); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service; your consent, where required (for example, optional communications); and compliance with our legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described in "Your rights & complaints" below.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and payment processors) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Third-party model providers you connect process data under their own policies.
6. We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on the Service.
7. International data transfers
Because we and the service providers who support us operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed in a country other than the one where you are located. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards with our subprocessors to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
8. Data residency
Because agents can run in your own cloud, you control where the bulk of your operational data resides. This is what makes RunAIAgents suitable for enterprise and GCC deployments with strict residency requirements.
9. Automated processing
The agents you build may process data automatically as part of the tasks you configure for them — that automated processing is directed by you, not by us. We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you as a data subject.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit what we collect in the first place.
11. Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it in line with our retention practices and legal obligations.
12. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Your rights & complaints
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, reach us through the contact page and we will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection or supervisory authority.
14. Contact
For privacy questions, reach us through the contact page.
