For eligible paid managed-hosting plans, RunAIAgents targets high availability of the control plane and managed agent runtime. Specific uptime commitments, measurement methodology, and service credits are defined in your order or enterprise agreement.
Self-hosted (bring-your-own-cloud) deployments run on your infrastructure; their availability depends on your environment, though the monitoring sidecar and health scoring help you track it.
